Master Trainer Program – Level 1 was organized by Volunteer For India in association with The Resilient Foundation, Safe Kids Foundation and CTES at CTES English Medium school, Boisar on 14th and 15th March, 2020 with a total of 55 participants.
The main purpose of this program was to create disaster management trainers who can provide training in various communities. As this was a basic level 1 master trainer program, trainers took the first step towards building awareness in self and communities.

Mainstreaming of Disaster Management: Participants started talking about disaster management, know the tools and techniques of safety, and know how to make a community disaster management plan.
The participants will be given an opportunity in the future to join TRF as Disaster Management Instructors and will be provided a platform to emerge as Disaster Management Trainers in the market.
