The session was about what leadership actually means. Such a simple question, and yet it continues to vex popular consultants and lay people alike. So it was made clear to us that leadership has nothing to do with seniority in a company or any titles.  A leader is someone who does more than just lead people. They have to be driven by the right motivation and make a positive impact on the people around them. The session was very interactive and our host was very humble and approachable hence everyone participated actively. In conclusion it was a great session.

The session was very enlightening. Personally, it was beneficial in providing me some clarity regarding the whole notion of leadership. The seminar was quite participatory and featured nearly all attendees. I look forward to more of these sessions.

This session with Sirisha ma'am was incredibly insightful and enriching. She gave us an in-depth insight of leadership and what it entails. The session was engaging and lively along with being a rare learning opportunity. My personal learning takeaway was that opportunities of leading a project that might seem trivial are anything but that. We can learn and evolve from each and every experience. I had an amazing time in the session and I hope to be a part of many such learning opportunities.

The session was wonderful with Miss Sirisha Ravuri,she gave all of us a very clear description of what leadership is and the true meaning of what leadership is all about.

I really liked the fact that she was very open to us which gave all of us the opportunity to ask her any type of question without any hesitation.You don’t need a platform or an organisation to be a leader which is what most people think.You can be a leader in your family or in your friend circles.She explained why leadership is so important in today's world and gave many real life examples. The session was very informative and interactive.I really enjoyed our first Masterclass session with Sirisha Ravuri.

The session was very insightful and innovative. I wasn't aware about the SDGs ( Sustainable Development Goals) before this. Many new things were taught and the host also helped us to understand the problems faced by us as a society and as a nation. We were made aware of the economic, social and eco-system problems and how we could help to tackle those problems with small steps. Our host was very approachable and made us feel comfortable so the session could be very interactive. In conclusion it was a very knowledgeable and amazing session.

It was a really insightful session. I got to know about entrepreneurship in depth and the speaker was highly knowledgeable. He gave us an insight of all the pros and cons which will occur while setting up a start up. Thank you so much for sharing a whole lot of ideas.
