കേരളത്തിൻ്റെ ദാനോത്സവം
ജോയ് ഓഫ് ഗിവിംഗ് വീക്ക് എന്നറിയപ്പെടുന്ന ദാൻ ഉത്സവ്, ഒക്ടോബർ 2 മുതൽ 8 വരെ ഇന്ത്യയിൽ ദേശീയ തലത്തിൽ ആഘോഷിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ഉത്സവമാണ്. ദയ, ദാനം, സന്നദ്ധപ്രവർത്തനം എന്നിവയിൽ ഏർപ്പെടാൻ വ്യക്തികളെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഒരാഴ്ച നീണ്ടുനിൽക്കുന്ന ആഘോഷമാണിത്. വിവിധ തരത്തിലുള്ള സാമൂഹിക പരിപാടികളിലൂടെ അവരുടെ സമയം, കഴിവുകൾ, അറിവ്, വിഭവങ്ങൾ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ധനം എന്നിവയിൽ ഒന്നോ അതിൽ അധികമോ സംഭാവന ചെയ്യുന്നു.
